Includes reports with a more operacional overview of the business, in which will be listed the quantities of the cargo by port and cargo type.

Financial Analysis

Global overview in terms of billing and financial results.

Information is extracted from transactional (TPS), operational (Maeil Transporter) and financial (Dynamics NAV) systems, presented to the user in a format easily understandable and offering several possibilities for filtering, grouping, drill-down, handling of information subscription.

Here are some maps available OLAP designed model:

1. Monthly reports (for the previous month)
    a) TEU's listings per customer, traffic and global (all traffic)
    b) Listing of results (invoicing) per customer, traffic and global (all traffic)
    c) Listing of profitability per customer, traffic and global (all traffic)

2. Monthly reports (for the current month)
    a) Ranking (top 10+) of each of the three above listings.
    b) Maps of the results based on the management.

3. Monthly reports (- 2 months)
    a) BLs with negative results.

4. Monthly and total TEUs listings, compared with homologous period, per line and type of service (import/export).

5. Monthly and total TEUs listings, per year, including TEUs total results (import + export), with accumulated values.

6. Cost maps of representation, cars and mobile phones per employee and the possibility to filter by month and by year.
