The system is prepared to work on different architectures, depending on the Liner and Agencies infrastructure and communication. It can be deployed on a central environment allowing remote access to the agencies, based on security internet access, or can be configured to work independently for each site, and schedule regular communication between the remote networks and central system.
On both architectures it’s possible to plan a vessel voyage, with all port calls defined and it’s agents with the schedule (date and time) for each of them. Based on this then it can be possible to manage booking and rate requests from the Agencies and integrate all their information.
This work can be done locally on each Agencies application and integrated directly into Liners, or it can be done directly into the system on a web based access.
Besides bookings and rates, it’s also possible to manage all equipment movements for agents, again integrating them or inputting it directly after authentication in a secure web environment.
Based on Freighted Manifest information, it’s also possible to raise local invoices for the Agents, and calculate disbursement invoices for the Line.
